11. The holder of an accessory permit must file, with the board, an application for amendment for any change in the activities carried on in the establishment. The application must include a certificate from the clerk or clerk-treasurer of the municipality in whose territory the establishment is situated, attesting to the fact that the new activities are compliant with the land planning by-laws.
